Star Rate System PRO 3.1.0 has just been released

We are happy to announce that Star Rate System PRO 3.1.0 has just been released.

Since the last release, we have introduced some new features and we have also fixed some bugs.

- 0000696: Testimonial template missing from package - fixed
- 0000697: VOTES missing if Email To User is turned off. - fixed
- 0000698: Table fix for testimonials/hands - missed from 3.0.0 (see update_3.0_3.1.sql) - fix
- 0000699: JS Testimonials - NICK name required - feature
- 0000700: Thumb up/Thumb down - feature
- 0000683: Display the total number of comments on your board - feature
